摘要
在山东平邑石膏矿坍塌事故中,经过36天的救援,被困井下的4名幸存矿工从220 m深的井底全部获救升井,在救援过程中,采用了针对不同的地质条件,分别采取旋挖钻机、液压车载钻机以及双壁钻杆空气潜孔锤反循环、牙轮钻头双壁钻杆空气反循环、牙轮钻头空气正循环、牙轮钻头双壁气举反循环等钻井工艺进行救援生命通道的建造,取代了以往只采用单一钻机、单一工艺进行生命通道的建造,这使得矿山救援的成功率得到了提高。这次成功救援积累了矿山救援经验,为以后的矿山救援打下了基础。
In the collapse accident of Shandong Pingyi gypsum mine,four survived miners trapped underground were rescued from the well bottom with 220 m depth after rescuing for 36 days. In the rescue process,aiming at different geological conditions,the rotary drilling rigs,the hydraulic mobile rigs and the drilling technologies such as double- wall drill pipe air DTH hammer reverse circulation,roller bit double- wall drill pipe air reverse circulation,roller bit air positive circulation,and roller bit double- wall air- lifting reverse circulation were applied respectively to construct the rescue life channel,which replaced the past practice to construct the life channel with only single rig and single technology,and improved the success rate of mine rescue. Through this successful rescue,a lot of mine rescue experience was accumulated for our country,and it lays a solid foundation for the future mine rescue.
