小型服装加工厂安全生产状况分析及对策

Analysis on work safety status and countermeasures for small garment processing plants

针对小型作坊式服装加工厂安全生产事故易发的现状,调查了位于北京南部地区约70家企业,巡视了其生产现场并查阅了其管理文件及记录,进行了初步的统计分析。调查发现小型服装制造厂受规模限制,普遍存在较大的安全生产隐患。具体表现为生产场所狭窄,作业人员密集,安全生产意识淡薄,安全生产知识不足,管理松懈,应急措施缺乏,监管难度大等。基于现场调查数据的分析,提出了改善对策和改进措施,并指导部分企业成功实施,90%以上的企业达到了北京市安全生产标准化三级企业标准的要求,取得了较好的效果,有力确保了生产安全。

Aimed at the current status that the work safety accidents have been easily happened in the small workshop- style garment processing plants,about 70 enterprises located in the south of Beijing were investigated. The work sites were inspected,and the management documents and records were consulted,then the preliminary statistical analysis was carried out. It was found that there existed larger potential work safety hazard generally in the small garment processing plants due to the restriction of scale. The specific representation included: the work place was narrow,the working personnel was intensive,the work safety consciousness was weak,the work safety knowledge was insufficient,the management was loose,the emergency measures were lacking,and the supervision was difficult,etc. Based on the analysis of field investigation data,the improvement countermeasures and methods were put forward. Some enterprises were guided to implement successfully,and above 90% of the enterprises met the three level standard of work safety standardization in Beijing,which achieved good effect and ensured the work safety effectively.
