摘要
通过分析阐述AP1000三代核电重要结构模块运输吊装的特点及管理难点,运用科学的分析方法,查找施工作业中存在的安全隐患,最终制定出一套完善的编制专项方案、安全交底、资质和证件核查、人员控制等总体安全措施,以及装车作业车辆控制吊装作业安全措施等专项安全措施。
Through analyzing and elaborating the characteristics and management difficulties in transporting and lifting of important structural modules for AP1000 3rd generation nuclear power,the scientific analysis methods were applied to find the potential safety hazard existing in construction operation. Finally,a set of perfect management measures were formulated.
