Construction practice of promoting of potential hazard identification system for cement enterprise

为持续提升企业安全管理水平,改善安全管理现状,通过在企业中导入并推行隐患排查治理系统,与企业原有安全管理制度进行衔接,解决好企业员工在隐患排查中出现的一些列具体问题,通过绩效考核等手段,充分调动员工的工作积极性,确保安全隐患排查治理体系能在企业生产经营中持续推进,在企业生产运营中形成闭环管理,不断提升企业安全管理水平,在企业安全管理方面取得良好的效果。

To continue to improve the level of enterprise security management and to improve safety management status,this paper solved a series of specific issues emerged in employees in potential hazard checking by introducing and implementing enterprise risk investigation and management system,which is integrated with the existing enterprise security management regimes. To ensure the investigation and management of security risks in the system,this paper continued to promote the production and operation by means of performance appraisal,fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of the staff. It formed a closed loop management of production operations and improved enterprise security management,and achieved good results in the enterprise security management.
