Discussion on work safety as foundation of people's livelihood

安全生产事关人民群众的切身利益,是民生之本。在阐述了安全生产在民生建设中的突出地位的基础上,认为搞好安全生产、保障民生之本,要牢固树立安全发展观念,加强全民安全意识教育,实施全民安全素质提升工程。通过层层抓落实,特别是狠抓责任落实,营造全社会全民重视安全生产的氛围,提升全民安全意识。

The work safety,related to the vital interests of people,is the base of people's livelihood. The prominent importance of work safety onconstructing people's livelihood is described,andit is believed that work safety is the foundation of people's livelihood guaranteeand scientific development. Based on establishing firmly the concept of safety development,strengthening education of national safety awareness,implementing projects of enhancing nationwide safety quality,and enhancing national safety consciousness by implementing at every level,in particular,conscientiously implementing major responsibilities within the whole society by creating the atmosphere of paying attention to work safety.
