井控安全管理问题浅析

The safety management of well control through the case of blowout accident and the problem found in well control inspection

针对中石油当前井控安全管理工作,收集、分析了中石油自1996年走出国门至今20余年内在海内外发生的50起井喷事故案例资料,结合近几年井控安全检查所暴露出的共性问题,分析提出了应对举措。研究表明:秋冬季节、浅井和超深井井型、起钻和钻进工况下更易发生井喷;现场作业人员井控意识不强、未按井控要求操作是井喷失控主要原因;作业现场井控管理较弱、问题较多。对此提出了强化一线骨干人员井控技能培训,设立片区专职井控工程师,以及加大井控安全技术和管理交流力度等措施。研究结果可为全面做好井控安全管理工作提供建议和参考。

Aiming at the safety management of well control,through the collection,study,the manuscriptanalyses50 blowout happened in CNPC's recent 20 years when it venture abroad since 1996,and which involved in the common problems at well control inspection in recent years. The measures like strengthening the backbone staff of frontline in well control training,establishing the full-time well control engineers in different zone,and improving well control safety technology and management efforts to enhance the safety measures. This thesis provides some advices and references to strengthen the positive idea of well control and comprehensive work of well control management.
