“微培训”在石油企业培训中的意义和应用

Purpose and application of "Micro-Training" in petroleum industry

为了进一步提高石油企业基层员工的综合能力,结合企业实际,在基层开展"微培训","微培训"就像人体血液循环的末端部分-毛细血管,通过其将营养送达身体的全身细胞,细微却极其重要。企业培训系统与血液循环系统类似,有公司级培训(心脏)、二级单位培训(动脉)、基层培训(毛细血管)-"微培训"。公司通过师资培训,将基层关键岗位、技术人员培养成基层培训师,由基层培训师在生产过程中结合生产实际,在基层开展"边工作、边学习"的在岗培训,从而提高基层员工的综合能力。"微培训"作为直面基层的培训工作,解决了基层员工无法集中、培训时间不能保证而导致员工素质提升困难的问题,还能将公司政策、管理知识、专业知识、外语、操作技能、HSE理念和HSE技能等"营养"送达公司组织机构的"末端细胞"—广大基层员工,从而持续地提高公司基层员工的整体综合素质,进而降低基层一线的HSE风险,提高生产效率,实现更大的投入产出效益。

In order to enhance the comprehensive skills and abilities of the workers in Petroleum industry,a new training method called " Micro-training" is developed. " Micro-training" is just like blood capillary which is the end of peoples' blood circulation system. Itis an access to transport the nutrition to all the body cells and is very important although it is very small and hairlike. The industry training system is the same as the blood circulation system. The training includes three levels: top group management level(Heart),secondary project management level(artery) and foundation operation level(capillary)-"Micro-training". We conducted many TTT(Train The Trainer) training classes for the key posts and engineers from the domestic and abroad every year so that the trainers(Chinese and foreigner) can conduct the related on-job training on the drilling rigsites or the yards to improve the worker's skills. It is difficult and waste cost to gather the workers distributed in different parts of the world to domestic classrooms. However, " Micro-training" can solve the problem and the conflict between job and learning by conducting many small training classes. Only one trainee class is proposed,it is proved that " Micro-training" can effectively deliver the company policy,management,professional technique,languge,operation skills,HSE idea and HSE tools to all the workers. Meantime the HSE risk is reduced,and thus the investment and production are highly improved.
