In view of the fact that CNPC has expanded its overseas business in recent years,Great wall Drilling Company also faces big opportunities as well as challenges. Whencompeting with international drilling companies,how to maintain goodperformance and good reputation,and how toachievecommercial interests without any safety issues. Based on the practiceand analysis of Drilling Crew Management of the newly started oversea land rig resent years,this paper draws the core elements of Drilling Crew Management,and results are instructive for the rig management of newly started land rig.
