摘要
通过对热应激的原理、中暑症状和中暑因素的介绍,结合伊拉克2015年及2016年巴士拉省历史天气记录,根据项目实际和热暴露能量辐射理论,利用安全风险控制措施中的工程技术措施、管理措施、培训教育措施及个人防护措施等实现缩短暴露时间、"降低"暴露强度及设置"屏蔽物"等效果。并将其应用于伊拉克石油工程建设项目的防中暑实践,希望这些措施能予以推广,使更多的中国公司通过伊拉克石油工程建设项目中的有效防中暑措施,消除或降低高温天气对项目人员的伤害。
The research introduced the principle of heat stress,the symptom of heat stroke and the heat stroke factors. The historical weather records of Basra Province of Iraq in 2015 and 2016 has taken into account. Based on the actual project condition and the theory of heat exposure energy radiation,the engineering technique measures,management measures,training and education measures and personal protective measures in the safety risk control measures to reduce the exposure time, "lower" the exposure intensity and set the " shield" and other effects are util-ized,and which are applied to the practice of anti-heatstroke measures in Iraqi petroleum engineering construction projects. It is hoped that these measures can be promoted Therefore,more Chinese companies could use these ef-fective heat stroke prevention measures to help their project employees to eliminate or reduce the harm of working in high temperature weather.
