在石油石化工程技术服务作业现场,比如钻井、修井、固井、压裂、测试等作业,经常涉及到使用临到管线。由于不同的专业服务通常分包给不同的承包商,所以现场的临时管线由不同的承包商提供;不同承包商选择的制造厂家不同,制造厂家的设计和制造标准亦存在差异,当不同承包商的临时管线在接口连接时,极易出现问题。为了避免这些问题,杜绝不安全事件的发生,探索临时管线的管理具有现实意义。从临时管线的定义、使用范围、追溯性、安装、使用、拆卸等方面论述了如何加强临时管线的过程控制,提高现场作业的高效性和安全性。

Temporary pipe work is widely used in the field of petroleum engineering service such as drilling,workover,cementing,fracturing,testing and other operations. Since different professional services are often assigned to different contractors,and the temporary pipework at the operation site may be provided by different contractors. Meanwhile different manufacturers work according to different design and manufacturing standards. Therefore,it is of error-prone on the interface of the temporary pipeline of different contractors. To avoid confusions and unsafe events,a temporary pipework guide becomes very important. This article expounds how to strengthen the process control and improve the efficiency and safety of field operation from the aspects of definition,scope,traceability,installation,use and disassembly of temporary pipework.
