摘要
为研究在亚马逊雨林地区的奥连特盆地生态敏感环境下的石油生产问题,在钻井液施工中,采用无毒、低毒钻井液处理剂和环保型钻井液体系实现了污染物的源头控制,降低了环境污染风险;研制出了钻井废液在线固液分离新设备新技术,污水处理新技术,实现了钻井污水零排放和资源化利用;研发岩屑固化稳定化的处理技术,实现了岩屑达标排放。该钻井液废弃物综合处理新技术的应用保护了Tarapoa地区的生态环境,实现了绿色钻井。
Orient basin,located in the interior of Amazon Rainforest,is the main petroleum production region in Ecuador.Also,this region is the ecological sensitivity area due to the rich species and dense vegetation. Based on the design of platform cluster well and separate sewage system,the non-toxic or low-toxic chemicals and drilling fluid have been employed to control the pollution from the source. To minimize the total waste volume and realize close-loop system,the on-line dewatering process and water treatment process have been applied. All the treated fluid is reused to build new drilling fluid or re-injected to the reservoir to compensate the formation pressure. To realize the goal of cutting harmless disposal,the cutting solidification and stabilization technique have been introduced to the treatment process,so that all these treated cutting can reach the RAOH discharge standard. The application of drilling waste integrative treatment technique in that region has effectively protected the ecosystem of Amazon Rainforest as well as ensured the oil exploration and development in an orderly manner.
