中国石油海外业务环保风险及环保管理经济效益分析

Economic benefit analysis for environmental risk and environmental management of CNPC overseas business

为有效控制中国石油海外业务环境事件对公司带来的巨大经济损失和声誉影响,通过对比分析国外石油公司在环境风险与环境成本管理中的通用做法,结合中国石油海外项目的特点,对中国石油海外业务面临的环保风险及环保管理经济效益进行了研究。结果表明:海外项目污染防治投入通常能够产生经济效益,重视环境保护工作可实现公司、资源国政府、当地社区的多方利益共赢。

To effectively control huge economic losses and reputation damage of the CNPC overseas business caused by environment impact events,this article,by comparing general practices of CNPC with foreign oil companies in the environmental risk and environmental cost management i,the environmental risk nd economic benefit of the environmental management are studied. The results show that the investment of pollution prevention and control tends to produce economic benefits,which can realize multi-party win corporations for the company,resource governments and local communities.
