大型台车在压力钢管安装中的安全应用

由于常规的水电站压力钢管具有排架搭设与拆除工作量大、风险高的特点,通过乌东德水电站压力钢管超大型压力管道隧洞内安装实例,首次采用国产800 MPa级高强钢材料,利用自动化程度较高的组圆台车在洞内组圆,动埋弧焊焊接钢管纵缝;采用压缝台车标准化操作平台,进行压力钢管环缝的调整、焊接等工作,改善了压力钢管的安全施工环境,提高了安全文明施工水平,保证了压力钢管的安装质量,有效降低了施工成本。最终将压力钢管的安装水平提高到了一个新的高度,值得在类似项目中借鉴和推广应用。

The conventional steel penstock of hydropower station has the characteristics of high risk and large workload of bent frame erection and removal.The steel penstock of Wudongde Hydropower Station is an example of super-large steel penstock installed in the tunnel.During the construction,it was first time used domestic 800 MPa grade high strength steel material,with the high-degree automation trolley to constitute round in the tunnel,the automatic submerged-arc welding to weld the longitudinal seams of steel pipes,and standardized operating platform for stitching trolley to adjust and weld the circular seams in steel penstock.The safe construction environment of the pressure pipe was improved,the safe and civilized construction level was improved,the installation quality of the pressure pipe was ensured,and the construction cost was effectively reduced.Through the example of Wudongde Hydropower Station installed large steel penstock in tunnel,steel penstock installation level increased to a new level,worthy of reference and application in similar projects.
