摘要
为了将水电站大型金属结构设备安全、经济、如期吊装就位,结合设备体型大、重量重、设备布置紧凑、吊装部位复杂等特点,总结了水电站金属结构安装大件吊装过程中常用到的平衡梁、吊耳、钢丝绳、卸扣等吊装用具的选择和受力分析方法,为技术人员和现场操作者提供了技术参考,保证了工程的安全生产。
The metal structure equipment engineering of hydropower station has the characteristics of large equipment size,heavy equipment weight,compact equipment layout,and complicated structure of hoisting and so on.The installation period of large metal structure equipment generally takes a long time.How to install the large-scale metal structure equipment safely,economically and on schedule is an important topic for engineering technicians to explore.In this paper,the selection and calculation method of commonly used hoisting tools for hoisting and installation of large-scale metal structure in hydropower station were introduced,providing some common methods for technicians and site operators,which was helpful for reducing cost and shortening installation period.
