摘要 电站进水口混凝土结构体型复杂,开放性空间多。为了保障施工安全,使用液压爬模技术浇筑混凝土,充分依靠自身设备爬升的优势,通过技术手段解决重复施工排架搭设、大模板吊装和大风天气等带来的施工安全风险,有效规避了安全质量风险,减少了人的不安全行为和物的不安全状态,有助于实现本质安全生产管理,可为其他类似工程提供借鉴。 Power station inlet concrete structure is complex,and has more open space.In order to protect the construction safety,hydraulic climbing formwork technology was used to pour concrete during construction.The new equipment fully relies on the advantages of its own ability to climb,through technical means to solve the construction safety risks which caused by repeated erection of bent frame construction,large formwork hoisting and windy weather and so on.The application of technology effectively avoided the safety and quality risks and reduced unsafe behavior of human and unsafe status of articles,achieved the intrinsic safety in production management,provided a reference for other similar projects.
