倮打塘大型人工砂石加工除尘系统工艺改进与应用

Technology improvement and application of large artificial sandstone processing dust removal system in Luodatang

为改善生产作业场所空气环境,降低成品砂石粉含量,提高成品砂质量以及提高运行效率并降低运行成本,分析了里底水电站倮打塘人工砂石加工除尘系统收尘工艺,针对实际运行过程中存在的问题对除尘工艺进行了改进并对比了改进前后的各项目内容及参数的变化。结果表明:改进后除尘效果提高,事故率降低,减少了对人体的损害,可为同类施工提供参考。

In order to improve the air environment of production workplaces,reduce the content of finished sand stone powder,improve the quality of finished sand and operation efficiency,and reduce operation cost,this paper compared the changes of the contents and parameters of each item before and after the improvement,and analyzed dust collecting technology of Luodatang artificial sand processing dust removal system in the Lidi Hydropower Station.In view of the problems existing in the actual operation process,the dust removal process had been improved.The results show that the improved dust removal effect is improved,the accident rate is reduced,and the damage to the human body is reduced,and it can provide reference for the same kind of construction.
