乌东德左岸高位自然边坡治理监理控制重点

The key points of high natural slope treatment of supervision and control in the left bank of Wudongde Hydropower Station

为了研究乌东德左岸高位自然边坡治理监理控制重点,降低治理安全风险,防止出现因卸荷、风化及降雨等自然因素与工程扰动出现的局部失稳、崩塌与滚落、坠石等情况,从方案审批、过程监控、应急管理、合同管理等方面对高位自然边坡治理监理控制重点进行了总结。结果表明:通过从这些方面把关、重点监控,乌东德左岸高位自然边坡治理安全风险和施工难度有效降低,避免了与下方施工的交叉干扰,总结可为监控和治理过程提供参考。

In view of the steep rise of the natural slope at the left bank of the Wudongde Hydropower Station,there were a certain number of blocks in the surface part,gentle deformable body and cap rock gently dip slope,accumulation body,and randomly distributed dangerous rock or pumice stone,under the action of natural factors such as unloading,weathering and rainfall and engineering disturbance,local instability,collapse,tumbling and falling stones might occur,thus endangering the construction and operation safety.The treatment of this problem had the characteristics of high risk,high difficulty,long period and cross-interference with the construction under the control project.In order to reduce the security risks of governance,the research focused on the supervision and control of high natural slopes from the aspects of program approval,process monitoring,emergency management and contract management.
