摘要
向家坝水电站升船机工程在2013—2017年期间,需完成顶部机房施工、筒体附属工程以及升船机船箱安装工程,为避免狭窄施工区域不同高程(255.0~393.0 m)的上下交叉作业而引发生产安全事故,结合该工程特点提出制定和落实向家坝水电站升船机工程上下交叉作业管控措施,通过管控措施,有效降低了事故风险,使工程一直处于受控状态,取得显著成效。
During the period from 2013 to 2017,the construction of the top engine room,the auxiliary engineering of the cylinder and the installation of life shipping-case are required during the period of the ship-lift project to Xiangjiaba Hydropower.In order to avoid the production safety accidents which are caused by different elevation(elevation 255.0 ~ 393.0 m) crossing operation in narrow construction area,the accident risk is effectively reduced and the project has been in a controlled state by using effective up and down crossing operation control measures.
