三峡升船机主体工程施工历时7 a,施工期间长期面临立体交叉作业、高空作业及临空面多,土建施工大量运用非标起重机械,金属结构及设备安装工程量大等复杂因素。为了做好施工期安全管理,升船机建设各方领导高度重视,制定完善了安全管理制度,建立了交叉作业协调机制,加强安全检查与考核,施工过程中高危作业风险得到有效控制,施工期安全管理成效显著。

The construction of the main project of the Three Gorges ship lift lasted for seven years.During the construction period,it faced with three-dimensional operations,high-altitude operations and multiple free faces.In addition,large quantities of non-standard cranes were used in civil engineering construction and large quantities of metal structures and equipment were installed.In order to ensure the safety management during the construction period,the leaders of all parties involved in the construction of lift ship attach great importance to the development and improvement of the safety management system and set up a cross-operation coordination mechanism to strengthen the safety inspection and assessment so that the risk of high-risk operation was obtained effective control in the construction process.Safety management achieved remarkable results during construction.
