浅谈大型水电站实施阶段监理的安全管理

Discussion on the supervision safety management for the construction implementation phase of Large Hydropower Stations

为了提升大型水电站施工监理的安全业务素质和监理安全责任意识,按法律、法规、工程建设强制性条文实施监理,加强日常安全巡查、定期安全检查,对发现的安全隐患督促施工单位及时、认真整改,消除安全隐患,保障施工作业人员生命安全,提出大型水电站实施阶段监理的安全管理内容。

According to the laws,regulations and mandatory provisions of engineering construction,in order to eliminate hidden dangers and ensure safety of construction workers,construction unit should carry out safety responsibilities of supervision,and strengthen daily safety inspections and regular safety inspections,meanwhile,rectify timely and conscientiously the hidden dangers found.Based on this,the paper put forward safety management content of supervision in the implementation stage of large hydropower station.
