浅谈监理工作中的安全管理

为了研究工程建设中监理对安全管理工作发挥的重要作用,以水电站机电设备安装为例,使用理论指导实践的方法,研究了监理在各个阶段担负的安全管理工作职责,分析了施工阶段监理的安全管理工作方法,并提出相应改进措施,对安全工作具有一定指导作用。

In the process of engineering construction,supervision takes responsibility for safety management at all stages,and its safety management occupies an important position.So it is a long way to do well in safety management within the scope of its supervision work.Taking the installation of electromechanical equipment in hydropower station as an example,it had been discussed that how to do well safety management in supervision work and pointed out measures and methods for safety management in construction stage.The method of guiding practice by theory is used to study the safety work of the supervision,and it has a certain guiding role for the safety work.
