摘要
为了探究企业应急管理的有效性,采用事实列举、因果分析等方法,对企业危险源分析与控制措施(预防)、应急资源管理(准备)、应急演练(响应)、评估与改进(提升)等4个阶段进行了深入分析。结果表明:现阶段部分企业应急管理存在应急预案编制质量不高、应急演练不重视、评审评估走过场、应急人员不专业等问题,无法保证突发事件发生时有效控制事态发展、保障企业员工人身及财产安全。探讨企业应急管理存在的问题与解决的对策,有利于改进企业应急管理工作。
In order to explore the effectiveness of enterprise emergency management,the 4 stages of hazard analysis and control measures(prevention),emergency resource management(preparedness),emergency drill(response),assessment and improvement(upgrading) were analyzed in depth by means of fact enumeration and causal analysis in this paper.At present,there are some problems in emergency management of some enterprises,such as low quality of emergency plans,lack of attention in emergency drills,assessment and evaluation,and unprofessional emergency personnel,which is impossible to ensure the effective control of the development of the incident,the personal and property safety of the employees in the event of an emergency.Therefore,it is beneficial to improve the emergency management of enterprises to discuss the existing problems and solutions of enterprise emergency management.
