对水泥灌浆施工现场安全文明施工水平提升的思考

Reflections on improving the level of safe and civilized construction of cement grouting construction site

灌浆施工是水利水电工程施工中一个重要部分,在保证枢纽工程安全稳定运行中起到至关重要的作用,其施工贯穿于整个工程的始终,包括临建工程(设施)和主体工程。鉴于我国目前的灌浆施工现状,即除了灌浆自动记录仪和集中制浆系统的更新换代较快、科技化程度较高外,其他主要灌浆设备、施工工艺变化不大,整个施工过程中的多个工序仍然是依靠工人的体力劳动来完成。这给灌浆施工现场的安全文明施工管理水平提升带来了挑战和困难,结合数年灌浆施工的现场经验,对于如何提升灌浆施工现场安全文明水平提出了一些想法和建议。

Grouting construction is an important part of water conservancy and hydropower project,plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and stable operation of the pivotal project,throughout the whole project,including the temporary build engineering(facilities) and the main engineering.However,except for the grouting auto-recorder and centralized pulping system with better developed and higher technicalization in the current grouting construction of our country,other major grouting equipment and construction technology had little improved,and most parts of the processes of construction was still rely on the manual labor of workers.This brought challenges and difficulties of improving the level of safe and civilized construction management of grouting construction site.Based on the field experience of several years of grouting construction,the author provided some ideas and suggestions for colleagues to discuss and communicate in terms of how to enhance the level of safety and civilization of the grouting construction site.
