通过调研安全文化建设的发展情况,应用国内外研究理论进一步解释了安全文化建设的意义,总结国内外几种安全文化建设模型,结合某企业安全文化实际建设情况,将其同总结的模型进行比较,研究该企业安全文化建设中的可取之处和企业安全文化建设目前存在的问题,从企业建设模式、员工行为、企业具体行动等方面提出该企业安全文化建设的改进措施。

This part introduced the general development situation of safety culture construction,further explains the significance of safety culture by applying domestic and foreign research theories,and summarized several safety culture construction models at home and abroad,and then combined with the actual construction of safety culture of a certain enterprise.Compare them with the summarized model,then study the merits and existing problems in the safety culture construction of the enterprise.Finally,the improvement measures of the enterprise safety culture construction were put forward in the aspects of enterprise construction mode,employee behavior and enterprise specific action.
