A series of measures must be taken to control the project from the source to ensure the safety,quality and progress of the project.The key to the success of the project is to purchase equipment and materials of acceptable quality,select competent design units,experienced contractors and supervisory units with strong ability to perform duties,make reasonable investment during project construction and adopt complete control measures.The key to project safety management is that the quality,safety and progress of the project are mutually reinforcing,and every detail of safety management should be done to ensure that the five elements of production safety are implemented.
