电除尘器文丘里水膜除尘器组合除尘方式模拟试验研究与应用

摘要 针对目前中、小型火电厂文丘里水膜除尘器除尘效率低、烟尘排放超标问题 ,通过模拟试验研究 ,提出了 2电场电除尘器文丘里水膜除尘器组合除尘的技术改造方案。实际运行结果表明 ,该组合除尘方式改造投资费用低 ,易于施工。 2电场电除尘器的除尘效率为 99.4 %,综合除尘效率达 99.9%,烟尘排放低于国家规定标准。 In view of low scrubber efficiency of venturi water film scrubbers currently wide used in medium and small thermal power plants, and problem of smoke emission often surpassed the standard limit, a technically retrofitting scheme of using combined dust-eliminating mode, which is composed of a two field electric precipitator and a venturi water film scrubber, has been put forward through simulation test study. The practical operation results show, this combined dust-eliminating mode needs low capital investment for retrofitting, and is easy to construct, the dust collecting efficiency of the two field electric precipitator being 99.4%, the combined dust-eliminating efficiency reached 99.9%, the smoke emission being below the standard limit specified by the state.
