摘要
介绍广东省乐昌市杨东山十二度水自然保护区推行网格化巡护管理模式的必要性。通过划分网格,明确责任,建立机制,夯实基础,加强信息化管理,提高效能,实现了岗位化的人员管理,事件管理到点,责任管理到位,以及护林巡护数据的可追溯。因网格化管理尚处于探索起步阶段,存在着护林员认识不到位,使用上存在约束条件以及管理上成本较高等问题,下一步需要从注重管理形式向注重管理内容上转变,把管理工作进一步细化。
This paper introduced the necessity of the grid patrolling mode in Yangdongshan Shierdushui Nature Reserve of Lechang City,Guangdong Province.The grids were divided to clarify the responsibility,establish the mechanism,consolidate the foundation,strengthen the information management and improve the efficiency,which accomplished post management of personnel,specific event for person in charge,and data traceability of forest patrolling.Some problems existed in the initial stage of exploration,such as insufficient understanding,constraints in application and high cost in management.The focus should be shifted from the form of management to the content of management to further refine the management work.
