新形势下保山市林木种苗与花卉产业发展思路

Development Ideas of Forest Seedlings and Flowers Industry in Baoshan City in the New Situation

林木种苗花卉产业在生态文明建设中有着基础保障作用,文中从苗木生产经营组织、产业投入、从业人员培训及市场建立情况等方面对保山市林木种苗与花卉产业发展现状进行阐述。对产业发展中存在的重视程度不够、缺乏科学指导,采购政策不完善,生产水平不高、服务体系不健全,市场开拓力度不够、知名度低,品种杂、特色优势不明显等问题进行分析,找出产业化发展所具备的机遇和有利条件。提出合理配置资源、优化产业格局,培育龙头企业、带动农户发展,健全服务体系、提升服务能力,强化科技运用、提高技术水平,创新营销手段、加强物流建设等对策与建议。

The forest seedlings and flowers industry plays a fundamental role in the construction of ecological civilization.This paper illustrated the development status of the seedlings and flowers industry in Baoshan City from the aspects of production and management organization,industrial investment,employee training and market establishment.The problems,such as insufficient attention,lack of scientific guidance,imperfect procurement policy,low production level,imperfect service system,insufficient market development,low popularity,miscellaneous varieties and unclear characteristics,were analyzed to find out the opportunities and favorable conditions for industrial development.This paper put forward some countermeasures including reasonably allocating the resources,optimizing the industrial pattern,cultivating the leading enterprises,driving the development of farmers,perfecting the service system,improving the service capacity,strengthening the use of science and technology,improving the level of technology,innovating the marketing methods and strengthening the logistics construction.
