摘要
针对某国产 30 0MW机组汽轮机高压转子弯曲故障 ,进行了转子振动响应和不平衡量计算分析。采用单转子高速动平衡校正与更换可倾瓦轴承等措施 ,使轴振动幅值降低至合格范围。
In view of the high-pressure rotor's bending fault occurred on steam turbine of a home-made 300MW unit, the rotor's vibration response and the unbalanced component have been calculated and analyzed. Some measures, such as single rotor high-speed dynamic equilibrum, correction and inclinable bearing shoe's application, have been taken, enabling the vibration amplitude to reduce to a region up to standard.
