摘要
劳动力市场制度具有多样性,其具体模式也会伴随经济发展阶段的不同而发生变化。本文尝试对当前主要的劳动力市场制度进行了综述,并着重讨论了劳动力市场制度与经济发展之间的关系,以及这种关系对中国劳动力市场制度建设的借鉴意义。文章还概述了中国近年来劳动力市场制度的发展,讨论了在劳动力市场制度基本定型之前,进一步完善现行制度,并使其与经济发展阶段相适应的必要性。
Labor market institutions diversify across countries.They also vary with the stages of economic development.This paper tries to synthesize the literatures on labor market institutions with focus on the relationship between labor market institutions and economic development,and its implications on constructing China's labor market institutions.The paper also reviews the framework of labor market institutions in China and its development in recent years,and discusses the necessities of improving the labor market institutions before its setup.
