The Current State and Future of China’s Employment and Labor Market

就业是民生之本,就业形势直接由劳动力市场决定。本文首先总结了当前我国经济新常态下的劳动力市场现状和就业状况,随后对未来一段时间内劳动力市场供求趋势进行预判,并在此基础上提出几点政策建议。研究发现,未来我国的劳动力需求增长将放缓并出现下降,同时劳动力供给也将持续下降,但规模依然较大。因此,未来一段时期内不会出现绝对意义上的劳动力短缺。相反,在一定时期内我国就业压力依然很大,问题很多。尤其是就业结构和就业质量,应该作为今后就业问题研究的重中之重。

Employment is very important, and the employment situation is directly determined. This paper summarizes the present situation of employment in China under the new economic norm, and then predicts the labor market situation in the future for some time. On this basis, some policy suggestions are put forward. The analysis of the labor market in the future shows that the demand for labor will slow down and decline, and the future of China’s labor supply will decrease too, but the scale is still large. There will be no labor shortage for some time to come. On the contrary,in a certain period of time, China’s employment pressure is still great with a lot of problems. Especially the structure and quality of employment,should be the most important for future employment.
