丈夫收入对已婚女性劳动参与的影响研究——来自CGSS的数据

Influence of Husband Income on Married Women’s Labor Participation:Evidence from CGSS

在劳动力市场深化改革、城镇化、家庭小型化的背景下,已婚女性的劳动参与决策受其丈夫收入的影响。基于中国综合社会调查(CGSS)数据,本文分析了丈夫收入占家庭收入比重、丈夫劳动收入、家庭内部收入差距对已婚女性劳动参与的影响。研究结果表明,丈夫收入水平提高会促进现代女性参与劳动,家庭内部收入差距扩大则会降低女性劳动参与率。进一步研究发现,劳动参与能够有效提高已婚女性的收入水平,且对其家庭经济地位和社会参与度提升具有重要意义。

With the development of labor market reformation, urbanization and family miniaturization, married women’s labor participation is influenced by their husband’s income. Based on data of Chinese General Social Survey(CGSS),this paper examines influence of Husband Income Rate, Husband Labor Income and Income Gap to married women’s labour participation. The empirical results show that the correlation between husband income level and female labour participation is positive while family income gap will reduce women’s labour participation rate. Further study found that labor force participation of married women can effectively raise the income level of them, which is of great significance to improve their family economic status and social participation.
