劳动经济理论研究前沿文献分析——对最近十年WOS数据库的文献计量

Frontiers of Research in Labor Economics over the Last Decade:Based on the Bibliometrics Analysis of the WOS Dataset

劳动经济学作为经济学的一个重要分支,其所包含的劳动市场理论、就业与收入问题一直是国际学术界密切关注的对象,近十年间,关于该领域的研究成果大量涌现。本文拟借助可视化软件Cite Space,构建中心度和密度两个指标,运用共词分析法、聚类分析法和战略坐标法对劳动经济领域相关问题的英文文献进行了实证分析,通过绘制战略坐标图,对当前劳动经济领域的研究现状与发展态势进行归纳,分析结果发现,在当前全球劳动经济理论研究中,'就业与收入'及'劳动力市场发育'是最稳定的研究方向,而'收入与健康'及'性别与劳动参与率'是备受关注的热点问题。

As an important branch of economics, labor economics contains issues about labor market theory, employment and income, which have been the focus of international academic community. In the past decade, a large number of research results have emerged in this field. This study intends to make use of the visualization software Cite Space and analyze the research achievement by the literature measurement method. It uses the common word analysis,the cluster analysis and the strategic coordinate method to study the current situation of the research, which is on the field of labor economics from 2008 to2017. By researching, this study shows a knowledge graph of the keywords in the field of labor economics, has quantitatively analyze among the keywords, countries, authors and institutes in this field, and visualizes the hot spots, the dynamic trends and the new direction of researches over the last decade, and provides the reference for further research.
