摘要
劳动力数量逐渐减少改变劳动力市场的供求关系,劳动力价格不断上涨成为我国当前迫切需要解决的现实问题。如何充分利用劳动力、调整劳动力价格对于经济社会的发展具有重要的意义。本文以劳动力价格现状为切入点,研究劳动力价格推动经济增长的路径,分析劳动力价格上涨对消费增长、产业结构优化升级的影响,并从建立工资增长制度、改革户籍制度、完善社会保障等方面提出相应的政策建议。
The gradual reduction in the amount of labor supply leads to changes in the supplydemand relation of labor market. The issue that labor costs are continually increasing has been a real problem that is urgent to be settled. How to make the most of labor resources and how to adjust labor price are of great meaning to the development of society. Starting from the current situation of labor price, this paper investigates the path how labor prices stimulate economic growth; analyzes the impact of increasing labor price on increasing consumption and industrial structure optimization. Finally, this paper proposes relevant policy advices from the aspect of wage growth, the reform of household registration system, the improvement of social welfare.
