新生代农民工进城意愿及相关因素分析

The Analysis on the Desire of Newborn Rural Migrant Workers Entering into Towns and Cities and Other Related Factors

本文在抽样调查的基础上,对新生代农民工进城意愿及相关因素进行了分析。研究发现,新生代农民工的总体进城意愿不强烈,而且愿意迁移的新生代农民工大多就近选择县城和地级市作为主要的拟迁目的地。从影响因素来看,女性进城意愿高于男性;经济收入、人力资本、城市生活经历和职业地位等因素与其进城意愿较为密切。

On the basis of sampling survey, the article analyzed the newborn rural migrant workers' wiliness of going into the town and cities and other related factors. The study found that the newborn rural migrant workers' willingness of going into the town is not very strong, and the workers who willingness to move would like choose the county and regional level cities as the main destination. From the point of influence factors, the females' willing is stronger than the males'. Also income, human capital, city life experiences, professional status and so on have more closely relation with the willingness of going into towns and cities.
