摘要
体面劳动是维护人格尊严、保障人权、促进人的全面发展的重要组成部分。近年来,对体面劳动的关注不断升温,并且呈多元化趋势:国际组织、国家、企业、劳动者等多种主体均对体面劳动有着各自的理解。本文在文献回顾的基础上,系统梳理了不同主体对体面劳动的认知、评价及差异,归纳了体面劳动测评的指标体系,回顾了不同主体对体面劳动的实践探索,并对体面劳动的理论研究与实践活动进行了评价和展望。
Decent work is an important part of protecting the personality dignity, securing human rights and promoting the overall development of human being. Recently, the research on decent work shows a growing trend and different objects have their own understanding of decent work: international organizations, countries, enter prises and laborers. By a review of related literature, this paper systematically illustrates the objects' cognition and evaluation towards decent work as well as their differences. Besides, it also summarizes the decent work evaluation index system, reviews the practical exploration on decent work of different objects and carries on the appraisal and prospect of decent work both on theory and practice.
