农地流转视角下西部农户收入差异效应研究——基于陕西省483户农户的调查

Research on the Western Farmers' Income Differences Effect

本文利用双重差分模型对陕西省2010年和2013年参与和未参与农地流转的483户农户收入状况进行实证分析。研究结果表明:农地流转对农户收入具有明显的提升效应,农户参与农地流转前后,参与农地流转农户比未参与农地流转的人均纯收入多1060.59元。其中,农地流转对农户种植业收入产生负向影响,对养殖业收入、务工收入和农地流转流入产生正向影响,对农业补贴收入和其他收入的影响不大。但近年来,农户务工收入等非农收入的比重越来越高,农户兼业化程度也逐渐成为影响农户收入的重要因素。

The paper conducts the empirical analysis on 483 households' land transfer in Shaanxi Province in 2010 and 2013 based on the DID model. The results show that farmland transfer improved farmers' income significantly. Farmers' net income that participate the land transfer is 1060.59 yuan more than the not. Among them, land transfer inserts on a negative impact on crop farming income, a positive impact on farming income, migrant work income and land transfer income. it gains little effect on agricultural subsidies and other income. However, in recent years, the non-farm income, for example the migrant work income, accounts for increasingly high proportion in all income. The degree of the households' concurrent-business is becoming an important factor that affecting household income.
