Building Harmonious Labor Relations Based on Symbiosis Theory

摘要 共生理论对和谐劳动关系构建的内容、目标和机理而言,具有很强的解释力和适切性。按照共生理论,我国劳动关系领域存在着共生单元主体存在缺陷、共生模式不够健全、共生环境有待改善、共生界面尚待优化等问题。为此,应该强化共生单元素质,推动共生模式发展,加快共生环境改善,致力共生界面优化。 Symbiosis theory has a powerful explanation and suitability in terms of the content, target and mechanism of harmonious labor relations. According to the symbiosis theory, there are some problems in the field of labor relations in China, such as the main body of a symbiotic unit with some defects, an imperfect symbiosis mode, the symbiosis environment to be improved, and the symbiosis interface yet to be optimized. To solve them, the symbiosis unit quality should be strengthened and the symbiosis mode should be promoted to speed up the symbiotic environmental improvement and commit to the symbiotic interface optimization.
