摘要
本文以职业工资差距为研究对象,计算了我国不同地区、不同行业和不同单位所有制的职业工资差距的泰尔指数。从地区看,东部地区职业工资差距最大;从行业看,租赁和商业服务业职业工资差距最大;从单位所有制看,外商投资企业职业工资差距较大。本文还发现,职业工资差距的泰尔指数高于行业工资差距、单位所有制工资差距和地区工资差距。就此本文得出了结论并提出相应的政策建议。
This paper took the occupational wage gap as the research object, and calculated the Theil Index of occupational wage gap in different regions, different industries and different system of ownership of China. From a regional perspective, the occupational wage gap of the eastern region was largest; From the industry point of view, the occupational wage gap of the leasing and business services was largest; From the aspect of system of ownership the occupational wage gap of foreign-invested enterprises was higher than others' obviously. We also found that the Theil Index of occupational wage gap is higher than the industry wage gap,the system of ownership wage gap and the regional wage gap, this paper draws the conclusion and puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations in the end.
