新生代农民工创业教育质量提升策略研究——以东北地区高职院校为例

The Design and Strategies on Entrepreneurship Education and Training of New Generation of Migrant Workers —— Take Higher Vocational Colleges on Northeast Region as an Example

质量功能展开(QFD)是基于顾客需求的产品设计方法,本文以东北地区高职院校为样本,将QFD技术引入创业教育培训设计中,以新生代农民工创业学习需求为出发点,通过质量屋将学生需求转化为控制策略,证明QFD设计方法在教育管理中的有效性,实现了学生需求和学校创业教育培训策略的有效对接,基于上述研究,对新生代农民工创业教育质量提升提出有益建议。

Quality function deployment(QFD)is structural design method based on customers' need. This paper take higher vocational colleges on northeast region as an example, it take the QFD technology into entrepreneurship education and training. As a starting point to the needs of new generation of migrant workers demand in the entrepreneurship education, house of quality includes demand planning, quality plan, the module configuration, control strategy, the fact certify that QFD method is effective on education management. It is to achieve the effective docking between students' demands and Entrepreneurship education. Finally, some useful recommendations are on the specific implementation of the Entrepreneurship education on new generation of migrant workers.
