摘要
实践中,人力资源外包被寄于厚望,但实证研究结果却莫衷一是。本文综述了人力资源外包的理论基础,及其在实践中遵循的原则、业务类型、影响因素及决策模型,并分析其在新形势下面临的挑战。基于上述分析,提出人力资源外包的发展方向。
Human resource outsourcing is sent in great expectations in practice, but the empirical results are unable to decide which is right. The paper summarizes the theories, principles, types, factors and decision models of human resource outsourcing, and analyzes its challenges facing in the new situation, and finally looks forward to its development.
