The Sturcture of Unemployment Insurance System and the Labor Market Performance in Selected Developed Countries

在界定和对比了失业保险相关制度概念内涵的基础上,选取了该制度研究中的五个核心指标,利用28个主要发达国家的相关数据,绘制出失业保险相关制度的雷达图,通过分组比较,得到失业保险制度结构与劳动力市场表现之间的关系。在此基础上,分析我国该项制度结构的特点及问题,探讨改革方向。

Base on the defi nition and contrast of the concept of the unemployment insurance system, we selected the fi ve core index in the study of the system, and drawed the radar map of the related system by using the date of selected 28 major developed countries. After grouping comparison, we got the relationship between the unemployment insurance system structure and the labor market performance. And analyzed the characteristics and problems of structure of the system in China, and discussed the reform direction.
