文化认同视域下提高劳动者工业文化素养刍议

On the Cultural Mission of Vocational Education in Industrial Age

在工业化进程中,人类在享受物质财富的同时也面临着严重的生存危机。因此,在世界范围内兴起了"绿色"革命,旨在保护环境以谋求可持续发展。由于职业教育与工业文化之间存在着互动关系,作为培养未来职业人的职业教育,承载着提高劳动者工业文化素养的使命。从文化认同的视角看,职业院校可以将职业能力再生产与生态价值认同相融合;将先进的工业文化理念融入其课程建设中;在环保实践中让师生感悟"绿色"工业文化的精髓。当特定的文化价值观成为劳动者个体的生产方式、生活方式和内在的信仰,并形成与此一致的行为模式,将极大地提高劳动者的工业文化素养。

In the process of industrialization, human beings, while enjoying material wealth brought by industrialization, are faced with a growing crisis, which makes imperative the transformation of the industrial culture. Because of the interactive relationship between vocational education and industrial culture, modern vocational education shoulders the mission of developing and spreading the notion of the 'green' industrial culture. From the perspective of cultural identification, vocational colleges and universities are supposed to combine the reproduction of professional ability and ecological value, incorporate the concept of industrial culture into its curriculum, and in the construction of ecolog ical campus, practice low-carbon living concept and hold environmental protection activities, thus enabling teachers and students in to perceive the essence of the 'green' industrial culture. To improve the professional ethic of future occupational groups, and to act as the guide for the whole society, by which to create a good social environment for the development of newtype industrialization.
