摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,劳务派遣作为劳务经济中一种新的生产要素形式得到了迅速发展。然而,我国的劳务派遣业务较国外起步晚,目前仍处于初级应用阶段,操作过程欠缺规范,对维持劳动力市场秩序和维护劳动者权益都造成了不利的影响。本文以劳务派遣这种新型用工方式为背景,针对派遣单位、用工单位、派遣员工三方在用工过程中存在的非均衡问题,从心理契约的视角提出优化劳务派遣关系的策略,以增强劳务派遣的规范性。
With the rapid development of economy in our country, labor dispatch as a new factor of production form of the economy has been developed rapidly. However, our country's labor dispatching business started later than foreign countries, which is still in the primary stage of application, lack of standard operation process, and has caused adverse effects on maintaining the order of labor market and safeguarding the rights and interests of workers. Based on the background of the new labor dispatching mode, the strategy of optimizing labor dispatch relationship has been put forward to solve existing tripartite disequilibrium problems about dispatching unit, employing unit, dispatched employees from the perspective of psychological contract, so as to enhance the standardization of labor dispatch.
