摘要
近年来,国有企业劳务派遣规模增长较大,离职率也是居高不下。国有企业的特殊性质使之成为就业者的理想岗位,而劳务派遣员工与正式员工待遇的差别也是高离职率的原因。因此,在国有企业中劳务派遣员工的离职影响因素与普通企业相比又有何不同?本文从员工满意度视角出发,在已有研究基础上提出收入性、发展性、人际性和保障性四个影响因素,并建立了概念模型。通过问卷调查收集的数据实证分析发现,这四个因素对员工满意度均有显著的正向影响,并且影响程度依次减弱,而满意度负向影响员工离职率,从而得出影响国有企业劳务派遣员工离职的因素与它们的影响程度。
In recent years, the scale of the state-owned enterprises dispatch grows a lot, but the turnover rate is high. Special nature of state-owned enterprises make it an ideal job for employers, while the difference between dispatch staff and regular employees is the cause of its high turnover rate. Thus, whether turnover factors in the state-owned enterprises dispatch staff is different compared with the ordinary business? From the perspective of employee satisfaction, based on existing research,the text extracted four factors about income, development, interpersonal and supportability, and established a conceptual model. The empirical analysis based on the data collected by the questionnaires found that: these four factors will have a signifi cant positive impact on employee satisfaction, according to the order weakened, while satisfaction with the negative impact of employee turnover to arrive at the impact of state-owned enterprises dispatch employee turnover factor and the degree of the influence.
