摘要
建国以来,随着经济体制、公共政策、劳动力市场等外部环境的变化,我国劳动关系的调整模式经历了一个不断变迁的过程,由计划经济时期的"国家行政调节型"调整模式,转变为改革开放初期的"多元并存"调整模式,再转变为市场经济初期的"个别调整"模式。新世纪以来,我国劳动关系的调整又开始了从"个别调整"模式向"集体调整"模式的转型。
Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, with changes in the external environment of economic system, public policy, and labor market, the adjustment mode of labor relations in China experienced a changing process, by the planned economy period of 'national administrative regulation type' pattern adjustment, change is at the beginning of reform and opening up period of 'coexistence' adjustment mode, and then into the individual adjustment at the beginning of the market economy mode. After the new century, the adjustment mode of labor relations has begun to transform from individual adjustment to collective adjustment.
