摘要
目前的制造生产活动中仍然需要手工劳动,很多的企业对生产员工采用了计件工资制。以个人独立计件的方式不能适应目前精益生产的细胞生产方式,而以小组集体计件的方式却带来了个别员工搭便车的行为,影响了小组的士气,使得生产效率下降。本文以S公司的集体计件工资制作为研究对象,从经济性薪酬和非经济性薪酬的角度,探讨S公司集体计件工资制的激励效果。
Piece rate is still the most incentive payment for handwork in nowadays manufacturing workplace. Many companies utilize piecework salary system for front-line workers. However, it faces some problems when the production method changes into cells in lean production, which means counting production by cell group. Accordingly the individual piece rate changes into group piece rate system. Sometimes managers suffer from the free rider problem. To settle this problem, this study took S company as a case to explore an effective piece rate salary system from the financial and non-financial payment factors.
