摘要
研究认为,对技术创新的薪酬激励机制设计要与技术创新者的内在动因相结合。本文通过对2013年在日本举行的"国际技术创新者调查"数据定量研究认为,一个具有长期奖励制度设计、研究成果的合理分配和归属的制度,是技术创新薪酬激励设计的最佳选择。
The research showed that the design of incentive mechanism of the technology innovator's compensation should combine their intrinsic motivation. The paper thought that a long-term incentive system design, the reasonable allocation of the research results and the ownership system are the best choice of incentive compensation design for the technological innovation, by the study of quantitative data of international technology innovators survey held in Japan in 2013.
