就业压力对高职生主观幸福感、心理焦虑的影响——心理资本的调节作用

Effect of Employment Pressure on the Sense of Subjective Well-being, Psychological Anxiety of Vocational College Students

文通过对高职生的就业压力与主观幸福感、心理焦虑的影响关系研究,并分析心理资本作为调节变量调节就业压力与主观幸福感、心理焦虑关系的交互作用。结果发现:高职生的就业压力与主观幸福感呈显著负相关,与心理焦虑呈显著正相关;心理资本对高职生的就业压力与主观幸福感的关系起到调节作用。数据分析还显示,女生整体就业压力、心理焦虑比男生低,而主观幸福感、心理资本比男生高,反映出女生较男生成熟乐观、待人热情、心理稳定、与社会融入度比较好。

Through the study on the relationship between Vocational College Students' employment pressure and subjective well-being, psychological anxiety, and analyze the psychological capital as the interaction variable adjustment of employment pressure and subjective well-being, psychological anxiety, relationship. The results show that the employment pressure and subjective well-being of college students are negatively related to positively correlated with anxiety; psychological capital to the moderating effect on the relationship between Vocational College Students' employment pressure and subjective well-being of the. The data analysis also shows that the overall employment pressure, psychological anxiety of girls than boys, and subjective well-being, psychological capital is higher than boys, refl ecting the girls than boys mature, enthusiastic, optimistic, good psychological stability and social integration.
