摘要
伴随着我国新一轮的混合所有制改革,混合所有制企业必将大量涌现。集体劳动关系法律规制与协调,关系到混合所有制企业能否健康顺利发展。文章分析了混合所有制企业集体劳动关系的复杂性、多样性以及协调难度大等特点,并从法律规则缺乏前瞻性、集体劳动关系规范性差、工会组织力量薄弱三个层面分析混合所有制企业集体劳动关系协调面临的瓶颈问题,在此基础上提出了针对性的建议和对策。
